Complex 15 blockhouse

We are standing inside the Complex 15 blockhouse general area. To our left is a set of stairs. If you look in the floor in front of the pallets, you'll see a plate on the floor. Although it doesn't appear to be there any more, the Complex 15 blockhouse (along with the blockhouses of its sister Complexes, 16, 19, and 20) was built with a small hydraulic elevator that went to the second floor.
