Complex 21 hardsite
Complex 21 hardsite Zoom

This is the Complex 21 "hardsite". The large pipes are exhaust tubes, which redirected the flame and exhaust from the missiles. The opposite side of the hardsite (which faces southeast) is where the launches took place. The entrance to the launch structure itself is just up the steps in the center of the picture.

The photo of the hardsite above was taken in 2005. It has been refurbished since my visit in 1996.
