This is the entrance to the Complex 9/10 blockhouse. When compared with the blast doors
on blockhouses at other complexes, this door appears to offer minimal protection. Note
the sign: "Attention: No food or drinks permitted on 2nd floor of blockhouse."
Since this blockhouse never had a second floor, it's likely that the sign made
its way over from one of the nearby blockhouses at Complex 31 or 32.
