Dr. Wernher von Braun used to have an office in the area, and this is most
likely it. One of the more famous spaceflight pioneers, Dr. von Braun was the Director of the Development Operations Division of the Army Ballistic Missile Agency,
then the Director of the Marshall Space Flight Center. Although he lived and
worked in Huntsville, Alabama through the Apollo program, Dr. von Braun was
frequently at Cape Canaveral for launches and other activities.
